The 10 yard dumpster can hold a maximum of two tons of trash and can not be loaded above the sides of the dumpster. There are additional charges for loading the dumpster over the allotted 2 tons of $45/ton.
Dumpster Rental Period:
10 days, additional charges after 10 days of $10/day. If you know you are going to have the dumpster longer than 10 days, let us know and we can make plans accordingly.
Dumpster Uses:
This dumpster is perfect for garage clean out or single room renovations. Also, good for yard waste and cleanup projects.

Dumpster Uses:
The 40 yard is the largest dumpster you can rent. It is perfect for complete home remodels or new construction. This size is normally used for commercial or business use, but can also be used for residential.
Cost: $540 / 6 ton limit

HELPFUL TIP - Keep weight in mind. As stated - each dumpster size holds a specific amount of weight. One of the only ways to get an extra charge from us is by going over weight. So you must take weight into mind when ordering a dumpster. Let’s say you have concrete that measures out to be 10 cubic yards of material. You might think it will fit in a 10-yard dumpster, but a 10 yard can only handle 1.5 tons of trash. 10 yards of concrete would definitely be over that weight and you would be billed for every extra ton of weight over the initial 1.5 tons. So make sure your weight is figured in as well as size. We’re here if you have questions!
CALL FOR PICKUP. Dumpsters are rented on a 10 day period. So you have 10 days to fill your dumpster with no extra charges. If you keep your rental dumpster longer than 10 days, we charge $10 a day for every day after the initial 10 days. We do not automatically pickup your dumpster after 10 days, either.
